EE USA provides sample kits with sample containers, sampling instructions, and a chain-of-custody form. EE USA will coordinate and schedule sampling events to meet your needs and sample specific holding times.
When we know in advance, pick-ups are added to our “trip sheet” and our driver will not leave the shore base until we confirm that the sample did not make it to the shore base as planned.
Post Hurricane Ida, we made nonscheduled daytime pick-up and deliveries (like a Hot-Shot service) to Lafayette, New Iberia, Lake Charles, etc. at very low prices. The routine shore bases were not operational, we were not running our routine free route, and we were able to combine trips to these temporary shore bases in some instances. With more and more routine shore bases back online, we can’t operate as a hot-shot service AND maintain our routine free routes.
If you cannot utilize our free pick-up and delivery service, we suggest shipping by Federal Express or Hot-Shot. Please call with any questions at all or to schedule your sample pick-up!
If you are still displaced from your routine shore bases and won’t use a Hot-Shot, we can pick-up samples at these locations at the indicated cost: Lafayette/New Iberia, $260 or Lake Charles, $340. Other locations, P.O.R. Day Time Hours Only!
If you’re shipping a sample for delivery after hours, please call 985-960-2313 thirty minutes before arrival. We accept sample 24 hours / 7 days a week.

We also provide water quality sample collection for Sanitary Wastewater general permit LAG530000. Flow and pH are measured in the field by EE USA personnel and other analytical analyses are subcontracted to an accredited laboratory.
