Region 6 DMR has changed

HEADS UP - the approved OOC Excel version of the Region 6 DMR has changed! Please discontinue using any older versions effective immediately. Only the DMR form dated May 24, 2006 will be accepted by EPA! If you have already obtained EPA permission to use the OOC Excel version, you need not re-apply.
